Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the United States takes 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Additional Information

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Changes to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Process:

    • Contact us at to initiate a return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

    • Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.

    • Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location. We will inform you of the specific carrier details.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

    • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label for the original item.

    • Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the replacement item.

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges due to defective or incorrect items. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
